América Móvil is a Mexican multinational telecommunications company based in Mexico City. It has a presence in 18 countries in the Americas and 8 in Europe, with more than 277 million users.
The company has a large number of customers in many countries, so a robust and scalable system was needed to maintain good communication with all of them.
Mobiik developed the chatbot and livechat for 12 countries in Latin America and we have continued on the Cloud Managed Services side supporting existing applications.
Mobiik was responsible for the definition of the user experience, communication tone, development and support.
