BBVA is one of the largest financial institutions in the world and its main markets are Spain, Latin America, the United States and Turkey.

BBVA had around 300 teams using agile methodologies in their work. In order to transmit these practices effectively, they were looking to adopt an application that would help them guide new teams in the adoption of these work methodologies.

Mobiik defined the user experience and interface design of AVA (Agile Virtual Assistant), a mobile application whose objective was to guide teams in the execution of BBVA’s agile framework. The design was based on the BBVA Design System.
